Preparing for your Assessment

Arrive fifteen minutes early

Take a shower before your appointment

Wear loose fitting clothes that are easy to remove

  • Bring one piece of government issued photo ID to your appointment to verify your identity.
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment start time. There may be some forms to complete before your assessment, including a consent/authorization.
  • Double check the location of your appointment on your confirmation letter. Most appointments are held at our office, but some assessors prefer to hold them at their own locations.
  • Decide your mode of transportation and where you’ll park if you’re driving. Most metered parking on Downtown Vancouver streets is limited to 2 hours, so you may want to use a parking garage instead. Please refer to our parking information below.
